Super kind people. Even with a vin mixup and security issues they were helpful and not condescending. Cut and programmed a key, and we're up front and honest about everything! Very pleased.

Ms. Paulie is amazing!!! I live out of state and needed locks changed on my rental house. Two days later the work was completed and I can rest easy now knowing the house is secure! Thank you!!!

Great service, great people, fair prices. I only use Alpha Lock for keys, locks, and on-site services. They have an amazing array of antique and uncommon keys and locks for those unique needs also. Support this local treasure!!
