I called Townsel Heating and Air after our normal HVAC person retired this year. I am so glad I did!! We were having issues with both upstairs and downstairs units. I thought for sure we were going to need a new unit for our upstairs. It had me so stressed with it not being in the budget right now. Zach and another employee (can’t remember his name sadly) came to our home and figured out the issues we were having and got BOTH units up and working wonderfully!! They explained everything along the way and made sure we know how to maintain the units better going forward. I am so grateful for their exceptional work and putting the customer first!! Will definitely be using them again for maintenance and any other needs should they arise!!

I had Townsel HVAC come out this morning and they did a great job. They came quickly and the technician was knowledgeable professional and very friendly. I feel they were honest and I will definitely use them again.
