I found Johns pest control through a google search and needed a crawl space incapsulated. John was quick to return my call and set appointment to look at it. He showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me an estimate the next day. I went with John not only for his professionalism and quick turn around, but I believed it when it said he will guarantee me a good job and he takes pride in what he does. He thought it was going to take one day. It actually took him 2 full days. He didn't rush to finish. This wasn't just a crawl space when he was complete. It was precise and clean. It was taped off and laid out nice. It was attached to the walls so I never have future problems. After he finished we had 4" of rain the weekend of Jan 21-22, 2017. I went down there to inspect and see if I had any damage or water for what was an crazy amount of rain in a short amount of time. In one part of my crawl space I could feel water all under the plastic like a water bed. With that amount of water I felt under the plastic I was sure it was going to be seeping out of seams all on top of my plastic and ruin the job. It held perfect. Honest and reliable. I would refer him anytime.
