We reached out to Firehouse Septic after a negative experience with another company who charged us $977 to pump our septic tank including a $300 fee to come out same day. We were told by the other company we may have a problem with the leach lines and it would cost $2200 to check for this and involve digging up our yard and thousands more if the leach lines needed to be replaced. We were also told we may have a problem in our tank itself and with our plumbing coming from the house. Our septic alarm went off at 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon - huge bummer, right?! Well we called a few different places, but didn't get a response back, but we did get one from Firehouse Septic! They were willing to walk through several different trouble-shooting steps with me, and even step by step of taking the lids off of our tanks! So thankful for a company that's willing to help members of their community! We will definitely be calling them for a regular service/cleaning!

I loved everything about the Firehouse Septic experience. After having an awful experience with another vendor, Suzi was a breath of fresh air and clarity as she reached out to the city to get the schematics for my house and made a recommendation for service. Eric was on time, super knowledgeable and willing to educate me as he went through his process for my two septic tanks. Would be honored to work with them again!
