The threading was super clean and detailed—my brows came out perfectly shaped. The waxing services were quick, thorough, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell the staff is experienced and really knows what they’re doing across different services. Saira is the best!!!

She confirmed that my SpaFinder gift card could be applied to my selected service and scheduled my 90-minute premium therapeutic massage with a female therapist for the next day. I received the confirmation and the consent form/client questionnaire electronically within minutes. Completion and submission of the forms were online. I received directions to the spa directly to my phone. The facility was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist Kazzy was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. “My hair is so healthy, and it’s only because of the expert care it’s received for over 25 years. I never cease to be amazed by the incredible transformation every time I leave Phringes; I leave with manageable, shiny, bouncy, full, soft, irresistible hair. I can’t stop looking at it in amazement. The COVID-19 precautions that are in place are thorough and top notch. The staff wipes down the salon chairs, shampoo bowls, bathrooms, floors, and other surfaces after every customer. When I enter the salon I remove my shoes and am provided with sanitized slides and a freshly washed cape. My clothes are sprayed with cloth sanitizing spray, I wipe my phone and purse with a Clorox wipe, my temperature is checked, the staff members’ temperatures are checked, we all confirm we have not been exposed to anyone with the virus, and I am provided with a personal kit that includes sanitizer, a Clorox wipe, gloves, and a mask. Also, my hair care services were provided efficiently/time effectively. I was very pleased with my experience today.“
