While I didn’t have the best grooming experience at this location, I believe my dog was well cared for and came back clean as a whistle. I have a doodle & perhaps had unrealistic expectations. My German Shepherd has always been taken well care of, and for this, I highly recommend them. I want to go out of my way to brag on the staff and management. When I voiced my concerns about my dog’s haircut, they immediately jumped into action, offering to correct the cut or offering a refund. I feel like they listened & understood my dissatisfaction, listening and offering me solutions. Their willingness to work with speaks volumes about this company! They were proactive and caring. This one incident will not prohibit me from returning. I know my dog was safe, clean and well cared for & I know the employees & managers have the best interest of their pets & owners at heart. 😊
These guys are the best! I tell my little dog that we’re going to the spa and she just starts wagging her tail. She comes out looking like a million dollars.
