I fell ill while visiting in Stone Mountain, Ga. My niece took to this facility, because of location without any reference. The front desk person was extremely polite. I was nearly finished paperwork before they called my name. Each person that had a part in my care was proficient, professional and pleasant. Plus the facility was clean and had a clean order.. If needed, this will always be my first choice of care when in this area.
The medical professionals that treated me were the perfect balance of on-point skills and knowledge, with real personal respect and kindness. Two short hours before closing, and a packed waiting room on Valentine's Day! Yet, every one of us received the special attention we needed. Thank you to the Manager and Doctor and Nurses!!!!!!!
I had a great experience here, I was treated so well, the staff showed compassion & sympathy for me, I was so nervous because I had lost my hearing in one ear, it turned out to be just wax and they removed it, they did an excellent job!
