Chris Massey (owner) is quite possibly the best contractor I have ever worked with. He's informative, prompt, professional, personable, and honest. He does the gutter work for the company I work for and the reviews I get from my customers are just completely heart-warming and I will recommend him to everyone for as long as he's around. I cannot recommend him and his company enough.

We contacted Chris to replace our gutters and our gutter guards. He quickly gave us a quote and we had our gutters and guards on in a couple of weeks. We were satisfied with the work., that is until our gutter guards started to be full of leaves. We contacted Chris and told him the guards were plugged wth leaves, his response was that he quarenteed the gutters not to plug up. He said there just wasn't enough rain or wind to blow them off the guards. He didnt even offer to come and look at the issue. It was our problem. My husband even sent pictures of the leaves in the guards. So now we are looking at the added expense of putting some kind of mesh over the guards.

I hired Chris Massey to install gutters on my office building. Everything looked great, but I have attempted to contact several times for a cleaning and a small leak repair. Cannot get a response. Buyers Beware.
