Minaz was amazing. I got a Brazilian and Brow Lamination. OUTSTANDING. I would give 10 Stars if I could. She made me feel comfortable and was very kind. I will never go to European again. The difference in customer service is insane, I have never had an experience as great as this one. I will go to Minaz for everything from now on for the rest of my life!! If you’re getting a wax for the first time, come here, she makes it quick and painless. So so amazing.
I appreciate Minaz for making sure everything with my service went great. I didn’t have a great first visit but she contacted me asap to correct the situation and went out of her way to give me excellent service and to make sure that I was happy. My mom has been going to Minaz for several years! This was my first time getting a bikini wax and legs waxed, and I will definitely be back!! Minaz is so kind and patient, and made my whole experience so much better! I was very nervous, but she is very knowledgeable about what she does! This place is wonderful!!
