I greatly appreciated Dave's thoroughness, both in inspecting the property, and making sure that his findings and the scope of work were clear to us. He was friendly, efficient, and I absolutely understand why the company has such a positive reputation in the area. I can also honestly say I was impressed by the estimate for the work to be performed, as the exclusion and repair work was definitely competitively priced, particularly when you take into account the 1 year warranty, and very reasonably priced continuing yearly maintenance bond available, and the best pricing I've found for the month of trapping and monitoring after the exclusion work is completed.

Crocodile Dave and his excellent team are undoubtedly the most professional, reliable, trustworthy , and honest business I have worked with in years. As a member of a Board of an HOA, it was no less than supportive service, timeliness, and ability to handle the job of rat exclusion on our group of townhomes.
