The staff wipes down the salon chairs, shampoo bowls, bathrooms, floors, and other surfaces after every customer. When I enter the salon I remove my shoes and am provided with sanitized slides and a freshly washed cape. My clothes are sprayed with cloth sanitizing spray, I wipe my phone and purse with a Clorox wipe, my temperature is checked, the staff members’ temperatures are checked, we all confirm we have not been exposed to anyone with the virus, and I am provided with a personal kit that includes sanitizer, a Clorox wipe, gloves, and a mask. Also, my hair care services were provided efficiently/time effectively. I was very pleased with my experience today.“

“I realize that my rewiew/reply is years late regarding Terri; however, I'm unfamiliar with the characterization of Terri being unprofessional. Terri has been doing my hair since Tom Harris' days. You can't find a person in this industry who is the kindest and professional! I've witnessed Terri interact with the most unruly and rude clients. Terri has assisted other stylists with clients' concerns. She served as a leader of the various salons.
I am one of those disappearing clients for various reasons, none of which had anything to do with Terri’s services! In fact, I'm looking for her now!
