Based on the reviews, Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care offers patient-centered care for all patients older than 6 months. The process was simple for check in, and multiple providers are on staff. Patients were very surprised to be called back to be seen after only about 5 or 10 minutes of arriving. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The providers were awesome, extremely kind, and listened carefully. They handled children very well, giving stickers and ducks to sick boys. The staff stayed after hours and answered all questions. They had great communication about test results and prescriptions were sent through quickly. The nurses and doctor were so amazing, making patients feel more relaxed. The experience was great and a thoroughly pleasant encounter.
Dr Bethea is a kind Dr who really cares about his patients. Every time I’ve been to Urgent Care he has listened intently, followed appropriate protocol based on my medical needs, he is a wonderful Urgent Care Dr.
This urgent care is so convenient. I can set up a time of arrival. The waiting time is short. I have seen Dr. Bethea most times and he is very pleasant and thorough. The facility is very nice.
Great staff and very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The doctors are thoughtful and treat you with respect and do well at taking care of your needs regardless of illness or injury, wonderful clinic all around
