My mother in law has been waiting for a month for him to fix her air condition unit for a Month. Some guy came out to see what the problem was. He works for Jack. Told her that it was the a panel that he would order it . She never heard a word back. So we called him. He proceeded to say they sent the wrong one. All this during these extremely hot temperatures. She is 84 and doesn't need to deal with the heat. She has called many times as her son. We will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. He is very unreliable and a lier. My mom has had to deal with extreme heat conditions because she's gotten the run around about her ac unit when they finally worked on it they charged her 400 dollars and it's still not fixed my mom is 82 years old and there is much more to text than I have time for but beware you might want to use a better professional service
