If only all the aggravated Lowe(cal) big box store customers knew about this company when their extra protection plans fail to do what they promised! I called for service on a noisy Maytag dryer, that seemed about to fail, on a Friday afternoon. He and his lovely wife were at my home the following Monday morning, had it thoroughly fixed in under a couple hours, and cleaned up the space! He charges a reasonable diagnostic fee to come out and determine the problem, then explains the issue(s) and costs to repair. He knows his stuff! We've had Ron come to our home twice for two different repairs. He's efficient yet thorough and charges a reasonable price. Very nice, cleans up when he's finished, and easy to do business with.
