Very professional and nice as can be. Other company's told me my unit was struck by lightening. These guys showed up with their "Big Boss" and said Mr. Phillips. We have the parts on the truck to fix this now. THANK YOU MR. THOMPSON
they hold parts and tell customers that they haven't came in yet. I know cause I worked with them and they told Liberity Baptist church that there part hasn't came in and all they had to do is connect the gas line. Also told Dave at Dave automotive that his part didn't come in cause he had a freon leak and charged him more. they had the part the very next day. Plus Thompson's Heating & Cooling LLC doesn't pull permits. Also try to make a living on one person. They are very expensive. They don't do much ductwork they have Ken Goddard do it and make money off of him too. when I was there they made 500 dollars off every job Ken done for them. so everyone do your own research on this company they are a big rip off!!!!
As always, Thompson always comes through! Our AC went out at 11 PM last night and Allen called at 8 this morning, arrived at 8:30 and was up and running just after 9. Hands down best service around and it’s consistent. Absolutely my first call and encourage everyone to do the same.
