Michael did a great job. Another repair service told me I would have to replace the timing chain, which would have cost over $200. Southern Appliances' service guy, Michael cleaned out my dryer vent and fixed my dryer for only $125. Thank you, Southern Appliances.

We needed an upright freezer in a hurry when our old one suddenly quit working. It was much too old to be repaired. Southern Appliances has worked on our appliances in the past and we have always been very happy with the customer service so I went to the store to see what they had in stock. They had a good selection at reasonable prices. I purchased the freezer that best fit our needs and they delivered it the next day and hauled the old freezer away for me. The customer service is excellent at Southern Appliances. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a new appliance or wanting service on an existing one. They know what they are doing!!

Finding a reputable repair service to come to your home is almost impossible! Southern Appliance reminds me of days gone by, when a handshake was as good as a man’s word and people honored the promises they made. Southern Appliance staff were very courteous and came quickly. Our washing machine served us well through seven children but we finally killed it. We told Southern Appliance what we wanted and they delivered it within a few days. We have only positive things to report and will go back to Southern Appliance for future purchases!
