I drive from out of town to come here because of their service. I recently had to put a fur baby to sleep and the way they treat you says everything. They let you stay with them and make an already difficult situation a little less stressful. Thank you Quailwood.
The Vet techs and Dr Branch were extremely kind and professional, however all of the girls upfront are extremely rude and condescending. I would not call them ladies even though half of them are old enough to be my mother. They have zero communication between the techs and receptionist and as a result you get explained everything twice. I told the little dark haired witch sitting in the front right corner that I could only leave $100 dollars for the day which would cover the X-ray I brought him for and she proceeded to explain that if it was more I would have to pay it on the spot when I came back as if I couldn’t afford it. They was awesome, kept us up to date on our German shepherd of how she was doing to what was going on. I would most definitely use their services again and refer anyone that needs a good vet.
