“Love! My entire family has Tess Goodwin, FNP-C as our primary provider and we have loved her from the moment she sat down in the room with us. She is so welcoming and down to earth. She always ask how the family is and is such a calming presence in the office. She is understanding and listens so well. The nurse Katelyn Thompson has been such a blessing. Her knowledge and consideration for her patients is outstanding and Southwell should be more than proud to have both of them representing them. Our MD appointment are always enjoyable with these two and we could never thank them enough for loving us like their own. Seeing them in the office for our appointments is such a joy. Katelyn Thompson goes out of her way for her patients and always makes us feel special. The nurse Tabitha is so kind and sweet it’s always wonderful to see and speak with her in the office as well. Love these ladies! Southwell should be proud of these 3 women!”
