Went in for a pre employment drugscreen. The results were supposed to be back in 3 days. I waited 2 weeks only to find out labcorp didn't and will not send the chain of custody paperwork to release my results. They are very rude and disrespectful when I call and not willing to assist

This place is absolutely horrible. They are ridiculously expensive, treat you like they are doing you a favor they don’t really want to do, and have terrible customer service skills. They will send you a bill demanding money before your insurance even has time to respond.
The sad thing is this is not limited to this location. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

During my recent visit to LabCorp for a drug test on August 11.2025 at 11:12am , I was called by name and proceeded to the testing area. Upon entering, the employee did not greet me and appeared visibly displeased. On my paperwork her name is Jennifer Richardson.

I was instructed to present my ID, paperwork, and barcode, and to place my belongings in the designated box. While the employee was explaining the urine sample procedure, my phone rang in my purse. Due to Siri being activated, the caller’s name was announced aloud. I quickly silenced the call so she could continue, but upon looking back, I observed her roll her eyes.
