Customer service is trash,lift showed up damaged and I paid outta pocket to ship it back and it came back worse than the 1st time then they wanted me to drop my 4 wheeler off at their shop so they could install the lift to "make it right" they cant even package the lift so it won't get beat up during shipping. I offered to pick it up 3hrs away and they said no we will deliver it before that happens, then shipped it again with no insurance, It took 6 months for a refund, paypal disputes and I was out 260.00 shipping this stuff back to them.
