Avari is incredibly kind and professional. She is an exceptional artist and she's very attentive to who she is working with, and she checks on you all throughout the process. The other artists also have good attitudes and I've seen several good pieces done while waiting.

I walked in close to closing time, and they still were patient with me and didn’t rush me. Avari was super sweet and methodical when making sure my piercing was going to be even beforehand. Very gentle, talked me through everything, and just all around a great experience with her and the shop. The shop itself is gorgeous. ?
