Central Plumbing has provided exceptional service to both my home and business. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about their profession. I've never had any problems with them providing service to people of color. Not sure why when there's an issue, the topic of race seems to come up. It's not fair to these local businesses when customers slander their name. Just my opinion........

I cannot RAVE enough about Central Plumbing! They are skilled and fair!A little backstory: A previous company I'd used last month did not fix my issue with a clog that prevented us from using one of the toilets in the house or taking a bath in the tub for some years. There would sometimes be backflow whenever we tried. I was finally able to get that checked out. The company I called didn't fix the issue and only made things worse. I cannot RAVE enough about Central Plumbing! They are skilled and fair! A little backstory: A previous company I'd used last month did not fix my issue with a clog that prevented us from using one of the toilets in the house or taking a bath in the tub for some years. There would sometimes be backflow whenever we tried. I was finally able to get that checked out. The company I called didn't fix the issue and only made things worse. It got to where we couldn't even use our good bathroom or wash clothes. Over the weekend, everything was backed up. In our good bathroom the tub and toilet filled with backflow from the pipes. We were in a nightmare. Before this, I'd already called that previous company out again because we noticed new issues and nothing was fixed, plus they wanted to replace all the pipes under the house when they came back out to check the problem. We knew that wasn't the problem and I just didn't trust them to come back out, so I called Central Plumbing and let me just say they were a Godsend!! They came out as soon as they could on Monday. The first thing they found was that the sewer clean out pipe the first company had installed wasn't done correctly. It was preventing all the drainage from flowing into the sewer and caused all the backup into the house. They fixed that first and got on to trying to figure out our clog issue. They worked so hard and didn't give up. The clog was way down the line. We were so excited when they reached it. I was amazed at their dedication and so thankful. It's so rare to find genuine people these days. I don't know if who anyone gets matters, but we had John and William. These guys are amazing. It felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted out. They even helped drive away the shadow of the awful experience I had with the first company.
