I found that the staff associates here are friendly and respectfully polite to the customers and each other. I was greeted and offered assistance upon entering the store and throughout by associates working in various areas of the store. It is my first time at this ACE Hardware Location I was pleasantly surprised by the store's cleanliness and organization of its products. Example; I came under a time constraint to find work, particularly project-related items, and found them so quickly that I had remaining time to browse the hardware store. Always such a helpful place. Today was exceptional service! I went in for pitchfork and was disappointed at first because I had seen one online for about $31, which is the most inexpensive one I’ve seen, but all they had was a more expensive one. The manager said, “let me see what I can do”. He checked and discounted the pitchfork for me!!!! From now on, they will be a first thought for me. Thank you!!!!!
