Hair dye virgin here! Wanted to get balayage done since the pandemic, but kept shying away from the idea due to the fear of getting something I didn't like or ask for. I booked an appointment for Josephine after reading many positive reviews from others. Booking was easy, I just reached out on yelp and we figured out a good date, sent her a picture of my hair in its current state and inspiration photo and we were good to go.

I just got my hair done there with Kim and it's wonderful. I showed her what I wanted and it wasn't doable because of my undercut but she gave me suggestions and didn't do anything without asking if I was okay with it. The ladies were very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend it to anyone else that is looking for a great cut or dye.
