Richard Cook is a truly outstanding rental manager. When I moved from GA to TX, I couldn’t sell my house, so I converted it to a rental. Richard treats his clients’ properties like they were his own. He has great contacts with people to do repairs. I am so happy to recommend Richard as a property manager. Also, I was able to sell my house this year, and Brian Lameier handles the sales for Cook Real Estate. Brian is an outstanding real estate agent, and he is wonderful to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend Cook Real Estate to anyone!
