They made the entire process easy and stress-free. They kept me informed and took the time to answer any questions I had. The crew did an excellent job and left everything clean when they were finished. My new roof looks so good! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the service I received.
I had the pleasure of working with Megan! What a delightful experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She walks you through the whole process and was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend working with Megan and BCR!!
We had a great experience with Best Choice Roofing! Tristen and Nathan were our main points of contact, and they were absolutely excellent to work with. They came out to inspect our roof, clearly explained the damage, and made sure we fully understood everything.
What stood out the most was how thorough and patient they were when walking us through the insurance claims process. They answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and were kind and professional every step of the way.
We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend their team. Five stars for excellent service!
