Upson Family Medical Center Northside

I don’t usually go to the Family medical center for anything too serious but today was an exception. I was in so much pain and discomfort. I had to take my 5 year old twins with me and I never take them to the doctor with me. From the minute we got there until we left it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The nurse who checked me in was super sweet & patient. The woman who took my blood was an angel! Thank you to Blake the X-ray technician for his patience and communication. I didn’t catch the name of the sweet woman who sat with my girls while I had my X-ray done but she was fantastic! This am I went to Upson Regional Medical Northside and could not have had a better experience. The girls at the front desk could not have done a better job. I only waited a few minutes for me to be called for the weight and blood pressure check then only a few minutes for the doctor. He was very accommodating and professional. Later that day they called me to say I could pick up a paper I requested. I give them a FIVE STAR RATING!

Wonderful experience. From the front desk, to the nurse and provider. Super sweet, informative. I appreciate them wanting to make the patients feel comfortable. Great job...Saturday, May 29th crew!Thank you for helping me.
