Landon and his team are nothing but quality. I chose to move all my auto insurance policy to him after having him insure my Polaris Ranger, simple because of exceptional customer service. His team delivers me a small town feel, and I’m treated like family every time I call.
I have been with The Maddox Agency for a little over a year now, and they have gone above and beyond in providing me with excellent care and insurance work. They have been extremely professional, courteous, and available for my quotes and claims.
Great experience. Very helpful explained everything to us for us to understand. Answered all questions didn’t rush us through. Helped us decide the best car coverage and home coverage. When I call if it goes to voicemail calls back promptly. I recommend the Maddox agency to anyone
