Hello I need to tell you all about Six8teen Home & Property Management LLC they came to my home after the contractor I had hired quit the job without finishing . I was overwhelmed . They came to my home so quickly. They listened. They inspected plumbing , they told me exactly what the damage that was done from previous contractor. They worked after hours on the weekend to make sure that I had a finishing bathroom again. The kindness that the shown me made me feel relieved that I finally found an honest person.Believe me , I know the hard way what it's like to pick the wrong contractor . Chris and his team have done two projects for me (new set of stairs and a deck demo) and I have been extremely happy with their work. They are prompt with communication and scheduling, fair pricing, and quality work. I'm already getting a quote on a third project for driveway gravel. Chris and his crew came out as promised and did a great job. A tree feel and hit part of my house and they handled not only the home repairs but also tree removal for a great price. All of them were very professional & friendly and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be using their service again for some other upcoming projects!!
