“Tam” did a gel polish change for me this morning. Not only was she not friendly, and didn’t talk at all, but she barked at me several times about relaxing my hands while she was working, even after she filed my skin so hard it hurt, and about the way I had my hand under the light. I’ve been doing Jill nails for years, so this was not new to me. The polish itself is fine on one hand, but I notice now that my other hand seems lumpy and thick. I was here two weeks ago and really liked my color. She seemed totally frustrated and impatient that she could not find it today. mostly friendly staff and i love the way they do things but absolutely terrible wait times. it doesn't even matter if you have an appointment. understaffed. i have waited multiple hours before to get my eyebrows waxed.

The ladies here are the best! Tam has always given me a great pedicure, she's very careful.The shop is very clean, and everyone is so nice. You feel comfortable with the way you are treated.I've even gotten my husband to get a pedicure here, and Bennie does a great job of making him feel at ease in the shop.
