The staff was super friendly and understanding! I was able to be with my dog the whole way. We were just there for vaccines but regardless they were gentle with him and efficient. It was a great experience and I feel like I can trust them with my dog.
We have been using them for around 3 years for our mid size Australian Shepherd so far so good the staff is very helpful and they explain in details as to what's going on and they make sure you understand what's going on with your pet they seem to really care about what's happening with your furry families
Not bad staff ,place was clean. Main complaint is parking but they were nice enough to not cancel my appointment because maps took me to the wrong side of the bridge that was closed so i was a little late.
