After some water damage this past year, I was worried about our subfloor and joists. After initial contact with Michael, he was out at our house within an hour and a half. He took his time to listen to our concerns, went into the crawlspace, and made sure everything looked good. After attempting to contact multiple contractors, he was the only one to respond and help in a timely manner!

We met with Michael Anthony. He was professional, knew his stuff and made us feel comfortable even though we’re not building a huge home. Above all this he was honest and showed us how he allows the builder to keep up with what’s spent. He didn’t rush us and that was so important bc we know very little about building a house.
