Service is great but they just try to re-schedule you for every little thing ($35 co-payment) even when my husband picked up a sheet of paper for his health/test results, which took less than three minutes.. but I guess just for walking in and having an authorized signature by the nurse practitioner (which I am thankful) makes it a visit. I think I’m going to stick with the New Georgia location.

I told Dr. Miles that I was going to bring him a challenge a good long decade or so ago. Several years later he stopped me in the hallway with a smile on his face and told me that I did, indeed, bring him a challenge. The quality of life for this individual has improved yearly due to the care and persistence of Dr. Miles and his team and I am thankful for them all. I don’t envy anyone in business these days, the changes in thinking way before Covid and the Great Resignation bring huge struggles and challenges to even the strongest business people. I’m grateful they’re sticking it out and continuing to give top notch care at both of their locations.
