My heart sank when I realized that my 16 year old roof was letting water leak into my front hallway. I knew I had to invest in a new roof before I developed damage involving rot or mold. I also knew that it was time to replace the original gutters (50 years old).
Since a new roof is expensive and also is protecting my biggest investment, I knew I needed to go with someone I could trust to do skilled, competent work. My previous roof had been done by a big company out of Atlanta and I had not been happy about the lack of communication about the work.
