Loss for words at how incredible Maizie came back. Everyone has said it and it is true, she is a whole new dog in the best way. She listens so much better, has structure, and truly feels transformed. I could not be happier. Phillip and his wife Becca are amazing and I trusted them fully while Maizie was with them. Phillip was also very informative and helpful when I picked her up and even when I text with questions after. Being apart was tough, but it was absolutely worth it. I've never had a dog in true, serious training before - just the usual stuff offered by the vet or PetSmart which is stressful and honestly a waste of time and money. I'm a small business owner and when I adopted Gus in December I was adamant that I wanted a dog who could come to work with me and be a well behaved gentleman. My neighbor recommended Legendary K-9 Georgia/Phillip months prior when I saw how amazing his dogs were and I kept his number for future reference (I had just lost the last of my pack and wasn't ready at that time). When I called Phillip we had a great initial conversation and I told him this dog is the perfect size, age, loves to ride in the car and bonus - he doesn't shed - he seems super smart but I need him to be a well behaved little gentleman so I can take him to my stores. I did a few private classes with Phillip and then made the investment in the Board & Train Program in May. Phillip and I agreed to wait a few months to allow Gus to settle in as I had just adopted him at the end of December. Gus proved to be super smart but there's something about Phillip and his way with dogs - well, all animals really - but it's magical to watch. That he's willing to share the magic is such an incredible thing! Worth every penny! The main thing everyone dog owner needs to know is that if YOU don't put in the work, you cannot expect your dog to behave the way you want him/her to. Phillip posts about this all the time, but it is true. I had a suprise surgery pop up in June and Phillip was very kind to board Gus for me while I recovered. Today was the first day since training that I got to take Gus to work and I wasn't sure what to expect from him other than immense excitement that he was getting to come with me today. He greeted everyone very enthusiastically, but politely, then plopped down by my feet and didn't move until I told him to. He was laser focused on me waiting for commands to be allowed to interact with anyone. I didn't have to hardly say a thing and did not have to make one correction and to say I was so proud of him is an understatement. My employees were in awe - customers complimented him on being so well behaved in a busy store and I immediately had to text Phillip to thank him for teaching me how to bring out the best version - the happiest, healthiest, most well-adjusted version of my Gus. DO THE WORK! INVEST in your dog! Invest in Legendary K-9 Georgia and Phillip! You won't find a more dedicated, kind, knowledgeable person to teach you how to work with your dog to get the results you want. Phillip took on our river with a great plan and he followed through amazeingly! We were haveing big troubles with our klee kai river. He is a determined and a little hard headed young fella but after Phillip took him in, the changes have truly been a blessing. The training he recieved and the care Phillip took while training our boy was top notch and we will forever be greatful to him! If you want to improve your relationship with your fur baby and improve safety concerns for your animal or visitors to your home, Phillip will be a great help in many ways you would’nt even think of. We thank you Phillip and are very happy we found you to help get our river on track to a happy anf healthy life.
