Friendly and helpful medical staff. Indigent health clinic with sliding scale for low/no income patients ... Clinic has their own inside pharmacy also based on income. Vision and Dental available as well.
Once you get an appointment everything is good. However do not schedule using their automated AI via the phone number listed on Google (or at all I guess). Talk to an actual person to schedule, which I realize is a fight in and of itself.
I had an appointment scheduled, received 5+ text messages reminding me, then the day of they called and said it wasn't actually scheduled. And of course the next available time was three weeks out.
If I had any other option I'd try it, but it's rural healthcare so you take what you can get.
You have to wait too long to get in, then wait too long for the doctor once you get in the room. I was seen by the same doctor for years told him about what I was being seen for by another specialist He knew for 6 to 8 mo, then when I needed a referral to this specialist he wouldn't give it to me, I switched doctors!
