Very clean and welcoming practice! I was immediately greeted upon arrival with smiles by the young girl w curly black hair and another woman w brown hair! Lauren was extremely informative, kind and patient with me because I was so nervous about my decision with my lips. My only concern is that when you pay with card at check out, there is not an option to tip. I will admit this is my first aesthetics experience, so I was unsure if I was supposed to give her cash or not, but she did an awesome job and I’m excited to book with her again!
I was referred to Vitality from a sweet friend and let me tell you, I am so glad! The office was very clean and inviting. From the time I walked in until I walked out, I was treated with VIP service! This was my first time receiving lip filler and of course there was some apprehension but Jamie walked me through every step and made me feel so at ease! My lips looks beautiful and have given me such confidence! I will DEFINITELY be booking again! Thank you, Vitality! You guys rock!
I have been a member of this med spa on and off for about three years - Everyone is so welcoming, and the services are wonderful. Shout out to Trinity for prepping my skin for my wedding and making me feel beautiful!
