I walked into this establishment without an appointment. I was emotional because I was losing my hair due to Chemotherapy. I needed to shave it all off. Maricarmen, Master Barber immediately ushered me over to her chair. She was kind, compassionate and skilled. She rubbed my back, reassuringly, constantly checking in to see if I was okay. She even paused to give a hug when I got overwhelmed. The whole experience was truly amazing. She did a beautiful job but what was more noteworthy is what a beautiful person she is! She made a difficult and emotional experience easy. She preserved my dignity and did it with excellence. Her service is unmatched.
