“I recently discovered this place and have been couple of times here. I absolutely love the atmosphere here and also the staff is really great at their job! Rose and Arjay both took good care of me. Alexandra the lady at front desk has always been welcoming! But today there was a new lady at the front desk who absolutely has no sense of customer service and is least bothered to welcome and greet customers! Even at the time of my checkout she was busy on the phone which was absolutely rude. Also she confirmed my appointment and when I had already started she called to reschedule for next day which never happened with me before at this location. And hence am taking out 1 star for this location and I might not visit again if such attitude continues!“

“I have been going to this location for about 6 months now. The staff are always very friendly and helpful but I wanted to say a special thank you to Mason. I arrived just before 7 thinking the location was open until 9. Mason checked me in and let me know that they were closing at 7. I felt terrible and said I could come back in the morning, she was so lovely and insisted that I continue with my devices. Thank you for going above and beyond!!“

“I have been going to blossom threading for the last 6 years now. Bobby and Sheetal are amazing. Customer service is excellent. They are very kind people. They take measures to make sure it is a good experience. I get my eyebrows threaded and it’s always great. I have also done waxing. They are clean and take appropriate precautions. I have never had any issues. The facials are very relaxing, and they use herbal ingredients which I love. They have a lot of different facial options, and they can also recommend ones that are good for your skin type. They do a great job with hair color and cuts as well. Pricing is very reasonable. They do get busy because they do such a great job, but they are very efficient. If you are getting anything more than eyebrow threading, I do recommend calling to make an appointment.“
