Update: I called yesterday (11-25-24) to ask for final invoice and the office was closed. Got a call in the early evening from a man (did not identify him self) asking why did I call after leaving a bad review (what?) Told him the call was to ask for final invoice to clear my account (due on the 1st) and we are done. Said I was angry and I replied, my daughter was hurt and he replied, How would you feel if a bad review was left on your business? I moved my daughter to SPA after her previous school closed and it came highly recommended from a friend that was a professionally trained dancer. The school is committed to quality training and I have seen my daughter develop so much over the last few years. She has been in company the past three years and it has been a huge developmental opportunity. It’s a contractual commitment where she is not only taking the next steps in her dance development but also learning to manage communication, time management, responsibility and accountability. Do not go here, or support this business. They only think dancers dance and don’t have anything going on in their personal life. They’re easy to let go of your child even if they’ve been committed for years and have a one time scheduling conflict.
