Contacting for project evaluation and estimate was straightforward. Scheduled install after 50% down payment. Scheduled for arrival 8-10 am. Received phone call at 7:35 am stating “I’ll be there in 25-minutes.” 25-minutes later - doorbell rings at 8:00 am.Installer was a very young lady and I wondered how this would go. I’m an ‘old guy’ and have overhauled and remodeled homes most of my life. We recently bought this new home we’re in now and the construction and finishing quality is absolute junk. I don’t believe in “American Craftsmanahip or Job Pride” with contractors anymore.I sat in the other room and watched while she quietly, but quickly worked....read full review
