Fabulous experience! I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Kim and her wonderful staff. From my first call two weeks ago with the incredibly helpful Kay, to today being greeting and checked in by Kristin, it was a great experience. So friendly! My hygienist Aram was both gentle and meticulous, which is a rare combo. And Dr. Kim answered all my questions and let me know clearly that we’re going to work together to get my dental issues back on track. I felt safe, heard, respect and not the least bit scared! Can’t recommend them enough!
Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever been to and her office gives even the most worried souls a luxury spa feeling~ I am definitely returning to her for all of my dental work. After many years of avoiding going to the dentist, literally running away at the sight of the drills and any office complex even mentioning dental work, I ended up in a predicament where I needed an emergency dental consultation. I was roller skating one day and ran teeth first into a wall, breaking off my two front teeth!! I immediately called the office to see if they could take me in and help me! As luck would have it, they made the adjustment in their schedule and scheduled me for an emergency appointment! Now, I have been afraid of dentists and their cold white offices my entire life. But, the warm decor of the office lobby, the smiling faces that greeted me when I walked in, the smell of flowers made me instantly feel at ease. Dr. Kim shortly after brought me to the patient room to take x-rays and examine the damage I had done. I noticed that the entire office is brand new, super clean and sterile, and feels like I walked into some fancy spa about to get a massage and a day of relaxation! All of the equipment looks like it just came out of the box, so new and bright and shiny, just waiting to be used to help someone (later I asked the receptionist and was told that this is the latest technology available on the market). After the doctor’s examination of the x-rays, it was time to get started on the emergency repair and reconstruction. Now this is the point where I would normally freak out and run screaming for the hills, but Dr. Kim’s soft and gentle touch, her reassurance that everything will be okay and she would do her best work, really made me calm down. I was given sunglasses so that the bright light shining on my face didn’t bother me (increasing my spa feeling). They really care about making their patients feel relaxed and taken care of, and take the time and make the effort to do so. Needless to say, the procedure was pain free, the sound of the drills wasn’t that bad (perhaps because it’s the latest technology) and the doc’s steady hands moved quickly and swiftly. She did such a fantastic job, that you cannot even tell the difference. She made the shape of my two broken teeth look identical to the other one, and matched the color exactly!! I am never going to another dentist again!! Hands down the best work!
