They are exceptional in their communication with their customers. From beginning to end they discuss problems, solutions, action plan and timeframe. We had no questions because they answered them before we asked. Once the job was started they were respectful of us and the property, focused on doing a great job, cleaned up so well that our home and driveway/sidewalk looked better than when they started! Midday one of the owners stopped by to assure the job was going well and asked about our satisfaction or any unanswered concerns. A big shoutout to RoofServ and our agent Austin Bryant, we love our new Hickory color roof, it looks amazing, Austin guided us thru the process from start to finish. He’s a super nice man, honest, knowledgeable and punctual. Your company is lucky to have such a dedicated great employee. He told us several times how RoofServ takes good care of their customers and employees! The install team completed the job with skill, unfortunately it was one of the hottest days of the summer at 99 degrees, but they acted as if it was not an issue. Amazing! Thank you thank you thank you for your great product and service. I highly recommend Austin Bryant and RoofServ as they have a great team of people and great products and reasonable price points!
