They have very professional and nice they answered all of the they questions. They went above and beyond, very nice and courteous. Some people heard about horrible experience and they gave a chance/loan and held title until they receive $88 from court after being paid over $18,000.00 through debtor's court. Time to acknowledge and thanks again. they very nice and very courteous.
As someone that trains others on customer service, this is the worst call center I have ever experienced. Customer service is always unprofessional. Today, I called 3 times. Twice, The reps hung up on me. Ms. Dawn was the third rep I encountered. very sweet. They have incorrectly reported information to the credit bureaus, significantly dropping my score. I am now in a position to refinance; their parent company (Truist) gave me an offer for less than half the interest they were charging me. I cannot stress this enough: Do not do business here. It will hurt you in the end.
Highly unprofessional they will lie and about proof of payments each month the record and I am sure that this company are stilling money from hundreds of families. Each month I have to get lawyer to help me just to get this company to hand proof of non payment and each time they have been found to guilty of lies . Now each month this is this company Is coming up with a new lie and each time they have been proven guilty. This company is horrible company
Worst Finance company . Paid car off and they failed to send me a paid off letter for verification and I had to call them so they can mailed it out. Per the contract i signed with them they should’ve initially send out my Paid off letter for confirmation and they did i had to call to get that done. Also customer service is horrible. They pick up the with attitudes and hang up. Worst ever
