They have very professional and nice they answered all of the they questions. They went above and beyond, very nice and courteous. Some people heard about horrible experience and they gave a chance/loan and held title until they receive $88 from court after being paid over $18,000.00 through debtor's court. Time to acknowledge and thanks again. they very nice and very courteous.

I do not even have an account with this company!! I have a phone number that I’ve had for probably 12 years and “Mike” continues to call me about my account. I have called customer service four times and have been told they would take my number out of the system and put me on the do not call list. This has been going on for over a month, nothing has happened yet! I spoke with Mandy today, I am hopeful that she understands what I’m saying I do not have an account with you! Rep set up an auto pay but I got a new debit card she told me it was ok to call in and pay it from the automated system like I had been doing but 4 days after I pay it my account was withdrawn the amount of my car payment again and it takes 3-10 business days to maybe get my money back. They don’t train there agents good enough to not have these mistakes happen and when it does they can’t help you I needed a battery in the car I’m paying them for in the middle of a job change and they literally took my account into the negative $200 and I’ll probably lose my job before I can work out my notice because they took the money out again and now I have to wait 3 to 10...read full review
