My in person appointment went well. Veronica is always professional and concerned. Questions were asked to evaluate my condition. My questions were welcomed, too. A positive experience.
Dr Akosa is always very understanding and kind. He is reserved when changing medications but always makes sure he has taken care of the patient. He doesn’t rush his appointments which I always appreciate. The office staff is generally good. Occasionally takes a while to return messages and correct any issues. Most communication is through the patient portal. I have been Dr Akosa patient for many years and have no plan of leaving and always makes sure when changing insurance Dr Akosa is an in network provider.
From the time I walked into the office and was met by the front desk with a smile and kind voice, I felt at ease. When I met my Dr. she was wonderful, smiling, accepting, open and caring. I felt she was personable yet professionally articulate. Great first appointment.
