Based on the reviews, Preetesh Patel, M.D. and his staff are wonderful, very attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. Dr. Patel is very nice and understanding, having thoroughly reviewed records before appointments. He provides the best options for treatment and literally changed a patient's life with effective back treatment. The procedure was explained well. The Alliance office is spotless and professional with welcoming, kind, and helpful staff. Nurses instill confidence and answer questions. However, scheduling is a nightmare with numerous hour-long waits, which is frustrating and unfair. Despite this, patients return because Dr. Patel is a good doctor who knows his specialty.

Alliance is spotless and professional. Welcoming staff are kind and helpful with admitting information. Nurses instill confidence that everything is ready for you and answer any questions about procedure. I think Alliance has the best front office staff one could ask for.
