We had a busted pipe under the foundation of our kitchen that leaked into multiple rooms causing water damage. Michael and his crew at Modern Restoration came out quickly and had our 4 rooms packed up in 2 days. There was a lot of stuff to pack! They were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. Fun bunch of people it was a pleasure to work with them.
1/3/2024. 5 stars. We have had a very positive experience with this company. We were out of our house and in a rental when they took everything out and into storage - but I was here today when Mikeal, Luis and Ivan brought all the furniture and packed items back. These men were so extremely friendly and professional. They had taken pictures before moving it out and so they knew where everything went today without even having to ask me. I can tell they take their job seriously - they handled all of our things with care. Highly recommend. (Heather Latimer)
