Sanvir is a rock star! He always goes above and beyond. After diagnosing the issue, he contacted the vendor to come on site. Once that was fixed, he didn’t just close the ticket. He ran additional tests and performed necessary updates. He then provided me with helpful suggestions to ensure optimum connectivity. He addressed additional items that weren’t on the original ticket. He doesn’t just fix an issue – he consistently identifies the root cause. He’s a 3D chess master!
