Reviews
Sanvir is a rock star! He always goes above and beyond. After diagnosing the issue, he contacted the vendor to come on site. Once that was fixed, he didn’t just close the ticket. He ran additional tests and performed necessary updates. He then provided me with helpful suggestions to ensure optimum connectivity. He addressed additional items that weren’t on the original ticket. He doesn’t just fix an issue – he consistently identifies the root cause. He’s a 3D chess master!
Derek at MIS always goes above and beyond. He was incredibly quick to diagnose and fix my laptop, and he did it in a way that kept costs minimal. I really appreciate his responsiveness, efficiency, and commitment to finding the best solution.
