When my new prescription ended up at another pharmacy and approval and insurance was questioned, I called JCPC and got Emily Adams on my team. She took my problem as her mission and said she would take care of it while I was on the phone…..and she did! We’ve all been there before when we faced pharmacies and insurance companies by ourselves and you know how well that works. Nurse Marcy is an excellent nurse at your office. I’ve been a patient of Dr Herman for almost 30 years and can proudly say that Marcy goes above her calling to assist me when I need service from your office. After all these years Nurse Marcy has become Pillar of CARE to me and that will be most memorable of John’s Creek Primary Care.
